Jelen nyiltkozat a nyilatkozattevő költségén jegyeztetik a Hagyatéki Nyilatkozatok Országos Közjegyői Jegyzékébe (HNKJ).

Hiermit erkläre ich, Farago Flora, wohnhaft in Temeswar, Kreis Temesch, Dacilorstraße 3, Tür 3, mit dem persönlichen Identifizierungscode SCHWARZ, eidesstattlich, dass ich ausdrücklich, gemäß Art. 1100 der Zivilprozessordnung und Art. 1120 der Zivilprozessordnung, auf mein gesetzliches Erbrecht, gem. Erbrechtsverordnung Nr. 142 vom 21.04.1984, auf die Erbschaft der Wohnung in der Dacilorstraße 3, Tür 3, in Temeswar, Kreis Temesch, gegenüber meiner Schwester Farago Iren.
Die Erfassungskosten in das Nationale Erbschaftsregister für die vorliegende Erklärung werden von der Unterzeichneten getragen.
Ausgefertigt am 25.07.2002 in 4 Exemplaren, von denen eines für das notarielle Archiv des Büros, ein Exemplar für das Nationale Erbschaftsregister und zwei Exemplare der Unterzeichneten ausgestellt wurden.

I, Farago Flora, residing in Timisoara, district of Timisoara, Dacilorstraße 3, door 3, with the personal identification code SCHWARZ, declare in lieu of an oath that I expressly, in accordance with Art. 1100 of the Code of Civil Procedure and Art. 1120 of the Code of Civil Procedure, on my statutory right of inheritance, 142 of April 21, 1984, to the inheritance of the apartment at Dacilorstraße 3, door 3, in Timisoara, district of Timisoara, opposite my sister Farago Iren.
The registration costs for the present declaration in the National Register of Inheritances are borne by the undersigned.
Done on 07/25/2002 in 4 copies, one for the Office’s notarial archives, one for the National Register of Inheritance and two copies for the undersigned.
